  • Hi there Todd,

Three of us are coming down from Glendale.
Is there a phone number or a way to confirm that the Workshop is actually happening as planned?

    Thanks,
    Rocannon
    Tara
    Marga

  • phone number sent privately. See you this weekend

    Hey Folks!

Barefoot Ken Bob is indeed correct … It’s happening!!

Our Running Barefoot Workshop will be this sunday, Sunday, SUNDAY!! March 27 at 9:00 AM as described above. Barefoot Ken Bob was kind enough to respond to y’all cuz he is much better at keeping up on the computer than I am. I am also trusting that (though he was kind enough to name this workshop after me) it will be he who does most of the moderating. He IS the author of Barefoot Running Step by Step, after all!! And after finishing ahead of me at the LA Marathon last Sunday, he is obviously faster than I without shoes too so he’s GOTTA know what he is talking about!! : ) So come one, come all and learn more about the ways of barefoot running and lifestyle. See you there!! Barefoot Todd

  • Hi all,

There is a light mist outside this morning, but considering the torrential mist some of us ran in last Sunday at the Los Angeles Marathon, should be no big deal. We’ll probably just run more frequently, and talk less (or talk while running). I’ll see you in Central Park soon (if you show up in the mist).
